Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    milk
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Add enough milk to egg to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Chill before rolling out.
    Yield: 3 crusts.
