Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice (ReaLemon, Minute Maid)
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Press mixture onto bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
