Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    2 pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of salt
    1 c. celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Bring tomato sauce and water to a boil.
    Add gelatin, vinegar and salt.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Chill until syrupy.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold(s).
    Chill until set. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
