Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into
    narrow strips.
    Salt and pepper strips. Pour buttermilk over steak and let stand for 20 to 25 minutes. Roll in flour.
    Fry in
    hot
    fat
    in
    a frying pan over medium heat.
