Celery Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can celery soup
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Drain salmon; season and mash with a fork.
    Stir in celery soup and heat.
    Remove from heat and add egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour in buttered casserole.
    Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour.
    Put casserole in pan of water while baking.
