Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    box of herb or cheese croutons
    2 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar
    1 pkg. Jones sausage (16 links)
    5 large eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Grease 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover bottom with croutons. Brown sausage in skillet and drain.
    Top croutons with cheese. Arrange sausage in dish.
    (May be prepared night before and refrigerated.)
    Beat eggs.
    Mix in mustard, milk and soup.
    Pour over sausage.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
