Turkey Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. skinned, boned, cooked turkey, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced red onion
    2 tsp. light or no fat mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lime or lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. each: salt and ground red pepper
    2 whole pita breads
    1 oz. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients except pitas and garnish; refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
    Slice each pita halfway around edge and open to form pocket.
    Stuff 1/2 of turkey mixture into each pocket and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
