Quick Freezer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    1 pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
    1 tub Cool Whip
    1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Preparation
    Slice off top 1/4 inch of angel food cake.
    With sharp knife, slice around 1/4 inch of edge interior of circle down to bottom, then slice around 1/4 inch of edge of cake.
    Dig out interior of cake leaving shell.
    Mix pudding and chips of interior of cake into it and stir.
    Add flavoring.
    Pour back into shell of cake, place top lid on and cover whole cake with Cool Whip.
    Freeze.
