Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. tomato soup (condensed)
    1 c. sugar
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 c. sliced carrots (cooked or canned, drained)
Preparation
    Combine everything except carrots and onion in a saucepan and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
    Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve cold.
