Pa Dutch Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs (beat whites separate)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 ears corn
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Scrape corn off cob in bowl.
    Add eggs (yolks), flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix and just before frying, add egg whites.
    Mix.
    Fry in Crisco oil (not deep) like pancakes (not as big!).
    Use about 1 1/2 tablespoons batter for 1 fritter.
