Microwave Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch sq.
    1 c. onion, thinly sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/4-inch strips and set aside.
    Pour oil into 2-quart casserole dish, place in oven and cook on High for 30 seconds.
    Add steak and garlic.
    Stir and coat well.
    Cook 5 minutes on Medium power, uncovered.
    Stir and cook 3 minutes, covered.
