Beef Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. sliced pears
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 Tbsp. minced ginger root
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. lean beef steak
1 Tbsp. oil
16 oz. green beans, drained
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Drain fruit, reserving syrup.
Combine reserved syrup, vinegar, ginger, pepper flakes and garlic (can use garlic powder). Add meat; marinate 30 minutes or more.
Thoroughly drain meat, reserving marinade.
