Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and chopped in large pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick oleo or butter
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix rice, celery, onion, butter, soups and cheese. Fold in broccoli and place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle a little cheese on top, then add almonds on top of cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until it's brown and bubbly.
