Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar (light brown)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Boil or bake potatoes until almost done; peel and slice.
    Place in baking dish.
    Combine margarine, sugar, salt and flour; cook over low heat until dissolved.
    Add orange juice; continue cooking until thickened.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yield:
    10 servings.
