Low Cholesterol Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 single pie crust, cooked
    1 c. diced meat (turkey or chicken)
    1 c. skim milk
    1 container (1 c.) Egg Beaters 99% Real Egg Produce (in frozen food section)
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 Tbsp. diced pimientos
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. shredded farmers or Mozzarella (skim milk) cheese
Preparation
    Prepare pie crust as directed.
    Spread meat in bottom of pie shell and place cheese on top of meat.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Allow to stand 10 minutes, then serve.
