Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 c. reserved juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. water
    1 c. mandarin oranges
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 to 2 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Drain and reserve juice from the pineapple tidbits and oranges.
    In a small saucepan, combine reserved juice, water, lemon juice and pudding. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened. Cool.
    Fold the oranges, pineapple tidbits and marshmallows into cooled mixture.
    Fold in whipped cream. Chill overnight.
    Before serving, fold in the bananas.
