Easy Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple in syrup (20 oz.)
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant lemon pudding and pie filling
    1 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well.
    Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl.
    Beat 2 to 3 minutes until very thick.
    Fold in whipped topping, pineapple, lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
    Garnish as desired.
