Louisiana Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugars and salt; blend well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla, flour, cream and pecans.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake in a moderate 375\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
