Chilean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, peeled
    1 small sweet onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. corn
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Preparation
    Mix chopped tomatoes and corn.
    Whisk oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together.
    Pour over tomato mixture.
    Arrange sliced onion on top.
    Garnish with cilantro.
    Serves 4.
