Lemon-Basil Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 c. firmly packed fresh basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Process mayonnaise and garlic clove in a blender or food processor until smooth.
    Add basil and lemon rind; pulse 3 or 4 times or until basil is finely chopped.
    Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Good with fish.
