Lemon Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 lb. chicken (whole or cut up)
Preparation
    Mix mustard and lemon juice in a small bowl. Place chicken on broiler pan. Brush with mustard mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
