Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 c. celery, cut up
    1 c. washed rice
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 c. mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    3 to 4 c. diced chicken
Preparation
    One young chicken, cut to pieces.
    Place in a stew kettle with hot water to cover.
    When cooked tender, make a rich cream gravy over meat.
    Line a baking dish with pie crust.
    Place chicken and gravy in and cover with top crust one-half inch thick.
    Cut slit in center.
    Dip fingers in flour and neatly crimp the top same as a common pie.
    Bake until nicely browned and thoroughly done.
