Fettuccini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sweet butter
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. fresh chives, finely cut
    salt and pepper
    fettuccini
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add heavy cream and heat.
    Add sour cream; stir.
    Keep heat low; don't boil.
    Add the drained fettuccini, Parmesan cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
    Mix gently until well combined.
    Serve immediately.
