Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced (about 4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. crumbled bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Cook onions in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Add the potatoes, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes; do not boil.
    Top with crumbled bacon and parsley.
