Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. corn meal
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs (one at a time) and milk. Beat well.
Add flour, corn meal and lemon juice.
Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until done.
