Stuffed Hens, Oriental Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Rock Cornish hens
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2/3 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1/3 c. chopped mushrooms, drained
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook rice mix according to package directions.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients except hens.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Salt inside of birds, then stuff lightly with mixture.
    Truss.
    Roast, breast-side up in shallow roasting pan in 375\u00b0
    oven.
    Baste occasionally with melted butter until golden brown and let joints move easily, about 1 1/4 hours.
