Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or crackers
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Add all ingredients except egg whites; bake in a buttered mold in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
