Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) deep pie shells
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Line pie shells with cooked sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour the egg combination over the sausage and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(Freezes beautifully.)
