Creamy Banana Pie(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust shell
    1 can light evaporated skimmed milk (12 fluid oz.)
    1 (3.4 oz.) box French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 bananas, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Bake pie crust according to package directions for empty baked crust; cool.
    In medium bowl, beat evaporated milk, pudding mix and yogurt until mixture starts to thicken.
    Pour half of pudding mixture into cooled crust.
    Arrange banana slices over pudding mixture; top with remaining pudding mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate until firm.
    Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
