Garlic Chicken(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken thighs
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. tarragon
    1/4 c. vermouth
    salt and pepper to taste
    nutmeg
    20 cloves garlic, unpeeled
    1 loaf crusty Italian or French bread
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Put oil in shallow dish and coat chicken pieces with it. Cover bottom of a heavy 4-quart casserole with mixture of celery and onion.
    Add parsley and tarragon and lay chicken on top.
