Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can kidney beans
    1/2 c. celery
    1 large tomato
    1 c. crushed corn chips
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 c. black olives
    Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into skillet; cook until done.
    Drain. Add taco seasoning mix and set aside to cool.
    Cut lettuce, celery, tomato and black olives and put into a large bowl.
    Top with drained kidney beans, crushed corn chips and shredded cheese. Just before serving, add beef mixture and toss with dressing.
