Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. margarine
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut margarine into flour as for pie crust.
Add egg yolks, vinegar and water and mix well.
Cover; refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 3 parts and work with one at a time.
Roll out on floured cloth, 10 x 15-inch.
