Italian Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    4 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    4 medium ears corn, cut from cob
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dried whole oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic powder
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. seasoned croutons (optional)
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in a large skillet until tender.
    Add zucchini, corn and seasonings; cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring often.
    Add tomatoes; cook 4 minutes, stirring often.
    Spoon into a serving dish; sprinkle with croutons, if desired, and cheese.
    Let stand until cheese melts.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
