Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian vegetables
    wide noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in a skillet until done.
    Drain off fat. Add water, ketchup and mustard.
    Heat to simmering and add vegetables.
    Cover and simmer on low heat until vegetables are done.
    Add sour cream and mix through.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over wide cooked noodles.
    Serves 4.
