Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flour
    15 oz. seedless raisins
    1/2 bottle caraway seed
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 lb. butter, melted
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients well.
    Add butter/egg mixture to flour mixture and mix well.
    Add by fourths, 1 quart buttermilk.
    Mix thoroughly until all dry ingredients are moist.
    Grease and flour large Dutch oven or aluminum pans.
    (Can use Baker's Joy spray.) Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
    Bread should be brown on top and tester come out dry when tested in the middle.
    Cool. Slice and butter.
    Great with tea or coffee.
