Meaty Spinach Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz) manicotti shells
    1/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
    1 c. (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 cans (26 1/2 oz) spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to package directions.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk. Bring to boil, cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, set aside.
