Pork Loin With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork loin
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    juice of 1 orange
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Scrape surface of pork loin.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Place in oven roasting pan.
