Cheddar Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (about 8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz. size)
1 tsp. garlic and pepper salt
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended using an electric mixer.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. Store in refrigerator.
Let stand at room temperature 20 to 30 minutes or until softened.
Serve with crackers or bread.
