Ingredients

1/2 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
1/4 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 (1 oz.) slices whole wheat bread
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish, stirring well. Coat a large, nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot.
Dip bread slices, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, coating well.
