Farm Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix
    first
    3
    ingredients together in small bowl until smooth.
    In
    separate
    bowl
    mix remaining ingredients, except chocolate
    chips.
    Fill
    paper-lined
    muffin
    tins 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.\tDrop
    1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in center of
    tins.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
