Pecan Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter.
Blend in brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Sift together dry ingredients and fold in gently. Add vanilla and nuts.
Bake in slightly greased 8-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Cut into bars while warm.
