Ingredients

20 large sweet figs
2 large pkg. Jell-O (raspberry, strawberry, cherry or blackberry)
2 to 3 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Break eggs into bowl; stir with fork to mix.
Do not beat; strain through a sieve.
To one cup of eggs add 1/2 tablespoon sugar.
Will keep in freezer 9 to 12 months.
