Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. assorted fresh vegetables (broccoli flowerets, cauliflower, cucumber, mushrooms, green onions)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables and place in large bowl with lid.
    Mix all other ingredients well and pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring now and then.
    Serve as appetizer or salad.
