Kerrville Banana Crunch Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    5 bananas, mashed
    juice of five oranges or 1 small can frozen orange juice
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 large bottle 7-Up or ginger ale
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar 3 minutes and cool.
    Add rest of ingredients to cooled syrup and freeze.
    When ready to serve, mix with 7-Up or ginger ale.
