Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs or stuffing mix
    1 c. canned milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. flour
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in 1/2 cup canned milk.
    Mix ground beef, onion, egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper into crumbs.
    Shape into walnut size balls; fry in butter until browned on all sides.
    Take them out of the pan and stir flour into juice that remains.
    Add the other 1/2 cup of milk and cup of hot water.
    Heat this mixture until sauce thickens.
    Put meat balls and sauce into covered baking dish.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
