Pennsylvania Dutch Salad Dressing(Potato Salad, Macaroni, Lettuce, Spinach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 7 slices bacon, fried
    parsley
    1 c. celery
    1 large onion
    3 cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, water and vinegar.
    Make a paste from flour and water.
    Add to ingredients.
    Cook until thick. Pour over cooked, diced potatoes, 7 or 8.
    Better made the day before.
