Crab Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. jumbo shrimp
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 c. celery, minced
    1/2 medium green pepper, minced
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 lb. lump crab meat (Chicken of the Sea brand)
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs or saltines
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. red pepper or more
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    12 strips bacon
Preparation
    Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp, leaving tails on.
    Cook shrimp in boiling water for 1 minute.
    Remove; set aside. Saute onion, celery and green pepper in margarine until tender. Set aside.
    Mix crab meat and the next 6 ingredients.
    Add sauteed onion, celery and green pepper.
    Top each shrimp with 3 tablespoons crab mixture.
    Wrap bacon around entire shrimp. Drizzle 1/4 cup margarine over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then broil 6 minutes.
