Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. chopped yellow squash
    4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    2 large jars pimentos
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. hot pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and cook slow until desired thickness, about 1 hour.
    Seal in pint jars.
    Makes 9 or 10 pints.
