Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream of chicken or celery soup
2 tsp. dehydrated onions
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter.
Melt butter; pour over ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
After 30 minutes, put corn flakes on top and continue baking.
