Pineapple Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
    3 c. whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Drain syrup from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups
    liquid.
    Heat to boiling and pour over gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved. Stir in pineapple and remaining ingredients. Chill.
